Yes, WD40 fill fix the problem but if surfing will still be something you would be doing often... you might still need to use WD40 again
I have a duffle bag that has oxidized zippers from surfing. Will WD 40 fix the problem?
Spray silicone or zipper cream would work well.

Reply:no put CLR on it then clean w/soap and water( fresh) then lube w/ wax or tiny amounts of hand soap i repeat tiny amounts!
