Yes, you can, but it has to be a TSA approved lock, which means one that%26#039;s easy for them to open. Use google or amazon to find one.

I think you can still have them on the zipper pulls but they can not be locked or TSA will cut them off. The best thing to do is not to place them on the bag at all.
